Rudina and Leonard Johnson are the principals of Second Shift Productions LTD.
We have been working with corporations and nonprofit leaders for over eleven years in the areas of fundraising, leadership development, communications/conflict management, and self-care.
There is a new normal which will present both opportunities and threats. Globalization, outsourcing, political shifts, cost of living increases, continuing poverty, increased demand for social services combined with the decrease in funding, aging of the population and the risks of chronic diseases will continue.

Second Shift Productions LTD exists to enhance learning and personal growth. We conduct seminars and e-learning courses for individuals and groups. More importantly, we help you build skills and manage life’s changes.
Leonard has M.A in Managment and professional experience in corporate leadership, marketing, training and professional coaching. Leonard has earned the pretigious Certified Grant Writers Designation from the American Grant Writers Association.
Rudina has B.A. in Communications and has earned a Certification in Nouthetic Counseling and has been engaged in counseling, coaching, writing and developing leadership for non-profit organizations for over 25 years.
